I have been meaning to contact you and tell you how much we are enjoying the oven. We have made some great pizzas, we are very adept at getting the pizzas on and off the peel now. There is a bit of family rivalry as to who is the best at making pizza and what are the best flavours to put on. Fresh fig, buffalo mozzarella and Proscuitto is my No 1 favourite. I have baked bread, slow roasted large pork legs, casseroles and beer can chicken. We are lucky that Wanaka is very dry, but cold on winter and we have continued to use the oven right throughout the winter. I'm really looking forward to having the oven cranking over the whole summer. We have been burning some really lovely 20 year old Pinot noir vines that friends had replaced in a vineyard and this has been wonderful. We are having great fun with our oven!"
