Payment Policy

  1. Deposit Requirement
    A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total order value is required at the time of order confirmation. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to begin processing your order.

  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by our full Terms and Conditions, including this Payment Policy.

  3. Final Payment
    The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7-days (1 week) prior to the scheduled dispatch date. Failure to complete the final payment on time may result in delays or cancellation of dispatch.

  4. Accepted Payment Methods
    Payments can be made via internet bank transfer shown at the bottom of the invoice/quote.

  5. Cancellation
    Orders cancelled after the deposit is paid may forfeit the deposit.

Returns Policy

At Trendz Fireplaces, we stand behind the quality of our made-to-order fireplaces and accessories. As most of our products are made-to-order, our return policy is limited to situations where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Returns Eligibility

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns are only accepted if the item is structurally damaged beyond repair, or defective upon delivery. This will determined upon inspection by Trendz team.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All Trendz fireplaces, fireboxes & their accessories are non-returnable unless damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please ensure packages are fully unwrapped and inspected upon arrival for any potential damage before signing the goods as accepted. We need to be notified of any damage within 24 hours of the package arriving to be able to take any responsibility for freight damage. If you are unable to unwrap the package immediately upon arrival, please ensure that whoever is responsible for accepting the goods marks them as damaged with the freight company. This message may need to be passed onto your hiab company if its being delivered there.

Refunds & Replacement Timeframe

Because our fireplaces are made-to-order, replacements may take 1–4 weeks to complete and ship. We do not issue refunds for damaged items unless a replacement is not possible.
